"I don’t know what they doing to these fries but these mfs don’t NEVER be done on the inside! I don’t know if they have a bad batch or what! I was gone take them back up there and get some fresh ones but the cooks probably wasn’t going to like that and I didn’t want to take no chances of getting my food tampered with!"
"Love the lemon pepper wings but as many have stated their phone customer service skills are lacking whenever they do answer the phone but usually they don't. We had take out and my friend is not an online or app ordering person! Smh but the quality of the food is always great!"
"Employees are nice. But this has got to be the worst fried rice I ever had.. I thought it was just the 1 time I went up there.. I go up there today because I keep seeing people go in .. so I said maybe it was just that 1 time or maybe it's a different cook this time.. I got the rice again i find burnt pieces throughout the rice. (See when they open the food and let you look at it , it looks fine, once you take it home to eat you get deeper in it there's burnt pieces.) There sign says NO REFUNDS. I said I am DONE eating here."
"The food is good but the representative (Asian lady) at the front counter was extremely rude. I was on the phone with my co worker who went for her first visit to pick up the food, this was a horrible experience for her. The order was placed correctly. Miscommunications occur, but how the rep handled the situation was the key. She was very rude and argumentative for no reason. If K wings respect the neighborhood and the people they serve, they will truly take this review into consideration, whether she was the manager or not. Do Better!!!!!"
