"Extremely long wait times and I still didn't get my complete order. People were waiting so long they walked out in frustration. If you value your time, don't go here."
"Worst Popeyes around..I don't know why they are still in business..everything sucks! An I've tried multiple times over the last few weeks same horrible service Everytime..how are you a fast food restaurant an your food is always cold..seems like everyone always on break an etc..save your money an eat at another establishment that at least care a little bit.."
"Good Evening, I am very disappointed by the way me and my man were treated. First, the atmosphere of the “restaurant” was absolutely disgusting. The place stunk and the service was awful. One crew member clearly DID NOT want to take our order and LIED saying that the register did not work when clearly it did. This shows that the crew member is unprofessional and lazy. People did have attitudes towards us as well. NEVER are we coming to this Popeyes ever again. Thank you and goodnight! :)"
"Why is it that I had to wait for my order to be taking without a greeting or an acknowledgment while I patiently waited for my order to be taken. I was behind and in front of many black customers. Not one time were me and my partner treated as valued customers. But when the only white man comes to place an order, the black manager who took her time to take my order broke her neck to quickly greet the white customer as soon as he stepped to the register. The wait time was long for no reason. Food was missing. Waited all of that time and the food was room temperature. No receipt in or on the bag. But the other person had a pleasant experience based off my observations."
"So... I placed a mobile order, went to the drive thru to pick it up, and they didn't seem to even know what to do with that. Then, they asked me to pull around to the window. I was hoping that they would just have the order ready at the window, since the drive thru line was already taking a really long time, but unfortunately, they seemingly didn't even have my order started when I got up to the pick up window... So, after waiting literally 20 minutes in the drive thru, someone finally came out to my car with a bag... And it wasn't even the correct stuff... AND they dropped it on the ground. They then had to go back inside and get a new bag of food. Luckily that didn't take long. The kicker though? It was a combo, and they didn't bring me my drink. At that point, I just wanted to go home, so I didn't even bother them for it... The sad thing is, the sandwiches I got were genuinely delicious. Their service was just such a disaster, that I had I can't give this spot a good review... Maybe the bad service was a fluke. I don't know."
