"I have been to this location numerous times for lunch. Yesterday 8/17/23, was unpleasant. I placed my order at 11:40 am and arrived at 11:57 when it was “ready”. I left at 12:20 due to negligence and two people walked out the store because there was so many people in line. I understand it gets busy at lunch as this is a really popular location but if can’t make the online orders on time due to rush shut down online. I wasn’t even asked a name the lady next to me spoke up. If the two ladies (twins) are not there this place is slow. love this location but not sure if I’ll return.not to mention the gentleman running the register was very rude !!"
