"I normally do not leave reviews on places but this one I have too. I came in with my mother. We wanted basic acrylic nails. Clear acrylic and a 30 dollar cut which is short. We you walk in they immediately ask you what you want. Which isn't a problem. My problem started when the woman pointed and told me which chair to sit in while I was waiting, so she didn't have my attention so when i looked up I didn't get to see where she pointed too so i asked her which chair. She completely ignored me. However, I wasn't going to be upset about something so little so I dismissed it. Then she begins my nails. I asked for a little longer and she was like "why so long"..I dont think that should be asked..then she told me that it would be 50 dollars to get a mid cut. Then she shortened it and told me that was 40. This upset me because my mom and me got the same cut last time for 30 dollars. We ended up paying 40 for short nails but near Halloween is was only 30 for basic?! However, its only 10 dollars more no sweat! She also did my nails with pink acrylic but I wasnt to mad because I do enjoy the little bit of color however it wasn't a question asked. What really pissed me off was the rushed with a heavy grade hand file! It cut my skin a lot and hurt so bad! Then she used the drill around my cuticles and she cut my pointing finge. My fingers hurt and i will never be coming back to this nail salon EVER."

"The younger lady that did my daughters nails cut her fingers . She pretty much told my daughter she was getting the pink color acrylic. Needless to say my daughter refuses to go back to this salon."

"I had my first experience with this place this week. Avoid this place if you can. first off, I'm removing my old nails she ripped them off versus doing it the correct way making my real nails rip. I felt like the lady rushed through my nails leaving polish all over my fingers, she missed my nail several times when filing and went to my finger, customer service was also very poor. The lady had her AirPod in the whole time and pushed and pulled my hands aggressive during the whole process. Overall for the price you can find a cheaper place with their customer service and do a better job."

"Rude as hell. I started to turn every station over before I left!!! My daughter and I got our nails done and they were very aggressive with handling our hands. After finishing up she kept asking if I had cash?!! If I did I would’ve had it out instead of my card and I wasn’t going to the atm for it!!!! Our nails are beautiful but they need to do better!!! I’ll catch a whole assault case in there! We will go elsewhere next time…"

"They did a decent job. Gel color lasted longer than when I do it myself. The edges weren't quite clean though, meaning some of my nails had raised edges large enough to catch in my hair. It was $30 to have three different colors, one per nail. Two blue, two pink, one white on each hand. They have a very no-nonsense, no frills attitude that borders on being rude. If that's what you're after, then maybe give it a try. They also heavily prefer being paid in cash."
