"Came here multiple times at lunch, and wait times are ridiculous. The drive through is ignored and told to come in side. This location needs more/better staffing. No sense of urgency by the workers while people are lined up in the lobby waiting for their food."
"everytime i go here the service is terrible and they always get my order wrong. i asked for a 2 5 layer beefy buritos, one burrito only had beans in it and the other had beens and onions only. dissapointed!"
"UPDATE: 08/19/23 UNFORTUNATELY THIS LOCATION IS STILL HORRIBLE, EVEN WORSE THAN MY REVIEW 4 YEARS AGO!! I don't think they really care what's going on here what they serve to people what they send out for delivery orders. I decided to try them again per delivery through ubereats. They literally sent me totally black charcoaled food. Forgot half my order and sent the potato burrito that look like dehydrated potatoes that were so dried out and burnt that you couldn't even chew them. Three black bean Supreme crunch wraps that were so black and burnt that it was literally crumbling apart. This just shows me that neither Taco Bell nor this particular location cares it all about the customer in any way. Be careful save your dollars for a place that actually cares about their customers. See attached photos Unfortunately like most corporate stores that turn to a franchisee they go downhill. This particular taco Bell has gone way downhill there's some people that care and some people that don't it's kind of a hit or miss. However the owner is charging a lot more and giving a lot less then the corporate stores. I understand about saving a buck but that's not the way to keep your customers coming back. I won't be back."
"First time visiting and it will be my last. You could tell the tacos were made way in advance! They were gross and the cheese quesadilla I ordered for my kid was so burnt that you could not eat it. Do better food cost too much to be serving food that you can’t eat!!"
"I ordered on the app and picked up my order about 20-30 minutes afterwards. I get home and realized that the pizza I was given was veggie. So then I figured I would eat the other items. After opening the bag I noticed that my whole order was wrong. I was given chips instead of cinnamon twists. Veggie soft shell taco and some other items that didn't belong to me. On the bag and box it was labeled my name. I get back in my car and go the 15 minutes back to the store. The line was wrapped around the building so I got out to go in only to find the doors locked. The drive through cashier looked at me and motioned to go around. I showed her my bags and she shrugs her shoulders. I get back in my vehicle and wait another 20 minutes to get to the window only for thus cashier that looked like the actress Precious with a white wig to stare at me when. The window opened. After we had a staring contest of about 10 seconds I asked her who the shift manager was. That is when Malcom came to the window and the mute Precious moved to the side. Malcom proceeds to tell me my order sat there after I ordered it for 2 or 3 hours. I explained to Malcom, 1. This is not my order. And 2. That I was just there an hour ago, which was 30 minutes after I placed the order. A young man came to the front and told Malcom that there were multiple orders for Nikki. I was never apologized to for the misunderstanding nor how rude Precious was. However I could tell Malcom felt bad because he game me extra food that I didn't order. I explained to him that I was ok with the mixup because accidents happen. What I am not ok with is how the drive through cashier was acting towards me and when she shut the window I could tell she was making jokes and had people laughing. This is very unacceptable."
