It’s been about 2 years that I’ve watched the steady decline of this location and it is absolutely disheartening cooperate really needs to come in and shake things up"

"The food is decent, service you receive depends on who attends to you. I would rate the overall service as average, nothing special. The entire lobby/ interior of this location is always filled with smoke from the kitchen!! Something needs to be done about their vents/ air filtration systems in the kitchen because it's not functioning like it ought to."

"This place doesn’t have great customer service. The employees act like everything is a burden for them. I’ve lived in the area and frequented this place for months and have always had the same issue. Additionally, nearly every single time I place an order for pickup using the app, something is wrong or missing. Every time. I’ve filed multiple complaints in the app and the company is accommodating every time but it gets old. I will order a kids meal and both the drink and the fruit are missing. I order a steak burrito and they give me a chicken burrito with 3 additional ingredients I didn’t order. If it happened once or twice it wouldn’t be an issue but it is every time. I recommend walking into the store and NOT using the pickup option. And if you do, make sure you thoroughly check your bag before leaving the location because in my experience, something is almost always either wrong or missing."
