"Online order not ready, stood in store 5 min before told order hasn't been made yet. Online says it's ready at 535 pm now 6:00 pm getting my food"

"I think someone smoked inside the restaurant. I could smell it on the bags. It affected the taste of my sandwich by the time I got home. I love Subway but won't go back to this location."

"This is the 3rd time i come.Its always before 9:30 pm today Dec 16 at 9:20 came again and told the system was down.The other time that was close but came be before 10pm not sure if they dont want to work or what is happening? Not coming again bad service"

"The sandwich wasn't bad but I gave specific instructions that wasn't met. It would be nice to have a staff that did not feel the need to cuss at work & discuss their personal problems openly. I escorted my child back to the car, but should've stuck around to watch. I also had 3 different sandwiches, & wish they were labeled. I still tip, & hope they'll do better if there's a next time at this location."

"I had an issue with the Subway app that resulted in my order never being fulfilled but I was still charged for it. I had reached out to Subway customer support through the virtual support form. I never heard back after multiple attempts to seek resolution to this issue. As a last attempt before having to go to my bank to dispute the charge, I stopped by and spoke with the manager, Kia. She was absolutely wonderful and helped fixed my situation. This store has always been my go to store. I have always had great service from all the employees. And I have never had an issue with them or the food. Sadly I can not say the same about the app. Lesson learned, from now on I'll simply stop by for my subs."
