"Tea tastes terrible. Too much noise (talking) in the background for drive thru to get order correct. Three mistakes because they couldn't hear me or were distracted by coworkers standing in drive thru area."

"This was the worst Wendy's I have ever been to, the food was horrible and the staff was rude, it's too bad someone needs to go in and replace the staff with people who know how to provide customer service. I received a sandwich with 2 skinny pieces of Romain Lettuce and a tomato the size of a pickle chip, I mean really. Never will return and make sure my co-workers and friends know the experience I had today, two thumbs down with a frown"

"If I could ZERO STARS I would. There is nothing good about this location. But especially the SERVICE. The people that work here are always miserable and unpleasant. They NEVER get an order right!!! Honestly I’ve never come here before without having to come back for something they forgot."

"Went to this location for lunch yesterday and it was locked up. Dave Thomas would be so disappointed. If I want drive thru dining, I would have gone to Sonic or Checkers up the road! We ending having a delicious lunch elsewhere. :("

"This place is sooooo hit or miss!!! When I get a salad from here it's never pre-made from the morning. Why is my lettuce covered in ice and turning yellow?!! I shouldn't have to pay $8.68 for this type of quality. I could only eat just the toppings. Now when I do go to get a sandwich or nuggets those are good. Sometimes the fries are too salty or cold. The crew members are 50/50. Sometimes you encounter the bubbly rockstar positive individuals, and then you can get the cold mean quiet dismissive ones. This location needs to "clean house" ASAP! Decades ago I was a Wendy's trainer and this place desperately needs new training!!"
