"Should be shut down! Workers wasn't dressed properly, bad customer service, couldn't communicate with the customers, didn't know the prices or what was on the menu. The store itself is in terrible shape. It looks like some homeless people are cooking chicken in a old mechanic shop with a church 's chicken sign out front."

"The problem is they don't take orders properly in the drive thru. If your order is not specifically on the menu board, they'll say pull around and hand you the bag. Don't drive away until you check everything. Make sure the okra is done too. Period. They do get good quality scores and they post it in the drive thru window."

"Candice P needs to be fired as soon as possible. Absolutely horrible service. I repeated my order 4 times and she still got it wrong and instead of offering to fix it free of charge she just said “I didn’t hear you” absolutely horrible service. Not to mention the worst attitude when I pulled up to order. I will never be going back to this location."
