"Ordered on the mobile app. 02/19/2023 - went to pick up the food I paid for and the person at the window said that they were closed. I asked if I could be refunded and she said I could do that on the app. I looked at the app and for mobile order pick up it must be refunded from the location. I told her that that was what the app was telling me and she said there was nothing she could do. I understand being understaffed - but I ordered food and they were “closed” and unable to refund me. I would NOT order from this location. Go literally anywhere else because they will take your money and probably will not give you your food!"

"FORMER EMPLOYEES and let me tell you all that it’s “clean“ on the outside but the food you’re eating has been sitting for hours past the throw out times. There are roaches inside the kitchen of this facility and those utensils they use for the food don’t get thoroughly washed, only sprayed with water. Most of these workers don’t wash their hands or wear gloves fyi. Management is also trash all the way up to the supervisor of this store and HR. If you’re waiting more than 5 minutes for your food just drive off, they’re watching you sit in line for 20mins because they don’t care about rushing to give you your food. You’re on THEIR time, spring road is a much cleaner and faster store!"

"the food was okay , the GM, Lizzelle i think is her name walked passed a line full of customers and left the restaurant instead of helping out her restaurant! this is the second time i’ve been here since i’m new around here and it’s been just awful experiences. the first time was when the GM walked out and the orders and everyone’s food was wrong. she saw us a line of people there who have been waiting a good minute and she left . the second time i saw a small roach roaming around where they make the lattes and drinks and my food taking 30 minutes when there wasn’t any business going on . this is disgusting and just unacceptable. someone should step up and help around there ."

"Placed drive-thru order at 10:58am Sunday, 11/26/23 for 2 items. I paid and was told to pull into parking space #4 to wait on my order. I left at 11:34am with no food. There were too many other patrons in parking spots next to me going in to complain I didn't even bother to offer them a chance at redemption. I can't even believe I'm leaving this review but it was that irritating."

"How disappointing to order the Big Mack signature sandwich just to find the meat doesn't even taste like beef because it has been smashed tighter than a fried egg. The dressing was almost unnoticeable but the sandwich had an abundance of lettuce. Flavourless is what I call it. It was a waste of my money."
