"This location is one of the cleanest and well staffed I've ever been to. All the employees were friendly, The food came out hot and fresh, and at no time did any customers attempt to find out how much fight training the employees received. 10/10 will go back again"

"Upon arriving to this location at 12:09pm Tuesday afternoon, expecting to dine in. We were told half of the dining room was closed for some strange reason. Unfortunately we arrived with another family and only had the high top to choose from with limited seating as another gentleman was already occupying the space. We offered our seats to them just being nice. While waiting for our order to go. Two tables became available yet we weren’t offered either of them. As I was Told my order was ready I had to ask for syrup for a waffle that never made it to my bag. Entering back into the store to remind the waiter that she forgot the waffle, she assumed I was upset about some large plates that they may or may not have had. I didn’t get an apology or anything for the mishap. Customer service here has never been this upsetting. Now I’m having to leave and grab coffee from another destination. It’s just sad that this is what we pay for when it comes to service."

"When we walked in there were 2 dirty tables. Every other table was occupied. We sat down waiting on one of the 2 tables to be cleaned. After waiting nearly 10 minutes and watching the servers have multiple casual conversations another group pf guys walked in and were greeted and sat at one of the dirty tables so we left. The guy sitting at the table in front of us also got ignored for the entirety of the time we were there."

"Great service. The food came out really fast. I watched the black, female cashier deescalate, a disgruntled customer that was wrong. She handled him quite nicely, and did it in a distinguished manner.! I tipped them extra because I thought they deserved it"
