"This was the best Wendy's I have had in a very long time. They listened to the specifications of my order. The wait time was obsolete and not to mention the cleanliness of the location. Even the employees looked well-manicured and clean."

"Horrible customer service, paired with incompetent workers. Rude for no reason from the time we pulled up to order. Couldn't even form full sentences. Ran out of the kids cups and tried to argue about a small cup size as if the cost of the cup was coming directly out of his check. Had to drive off to Arby's."

"Rude staff, I had to wait just to place my order. Rude employee took my order, didn’t give me my total, didn’t tell me to drive forward, and when I got to the front of the window he argued me down about them not having kids cups! We asked if we could get another cup for the drinks and he said the price was different, so he couldn’t give it to us. I’m sorry, it’s our fault you’re out of kids cups? Can we not be accommodating for customers? Nope! Don’t go here y’all. Arby’s across the way are friendly and so kind! Go there!"

"I haven't left a bad if any reviews for a restaurant since the pandemic bc of shortage of workers...but today I have to say...no matter how much I try to support this location they miss every time! Today I paid for a Dave's 2x and received 2 dried patties and 1 slice of almost there cheese. Ridiculous! I don't understand how the owner isn't shaking their head and hasn't figured out they need to get new management. They should be making so much more money but our entire neighborhood knows Wendy's is nothing but a headache on our side of town. The lights are always cut off by 8 pm as if they are closed. The drive through is slow. Never again. Such a beautiful waste."
