"Rudest staff ever!! You guys need to get rid of that pony tail idiot who calls himself a manager. I sat there at the drive thru window and actually watched them laugh at people saying hello like 5 times at the speaker. They purposefully sat there and not answered and thought it was funny!! Got napkins tossed at me with an extra sprinkle of "why are you bothering me" because there was none in the bag."
