"I think this is my first 1 star review, really disappointed with the location. Went through the drive thru and order two mcchickens and a double cheeseburger. Person at the window asked to pull forward to wait. After 15 mins or so of waiting, I went inside to see the status of my order. All of the employees were really nice and respectful, but it seems like they forget about my order, which is fine, mistakes happen. After waiting about 5 more minutes, I gotten my food. I was very disappointed with my food, it seemed thrown together and even though I ordered a double cheeseburger, I only gotten a single patty. I am not that upset waiting 20 mins as I am with the quality of food I received. In combination with the horrible food I received, the long wait, as well as this store's prices going up, I will not be eating here again."

"I recently went inside to avoid the long line at the drive-thru and what a mistake! No greeting. No acknowledgment of me being there. Nothing! They had earbuds in, phones were on the counter, and no one was moving with any sense of urgency. At least 4 employees were there and not ONE offered to help! They were all too “busy” doing other things apparently. Not one time during the 5 minutes did anyone say ANYTHING to us! I purposely stayed there to see how long it would take for someone to address the 3 of us in line. Eventually I just left. I will never give that location my time or money again. Maybe I should just stop going to McDonald’s all together."

"Best McDonalds in the city. I go here often as it is near my work, and they're so pleasant and the orders are almost always correct. They have quality employees. I don't know why their employees seem so much better than other fast food restaurants. I can only assume the management must be good at this location. They also have a nice patio."

"I ordered a QPounder DELUXE and these were the tomatoes they placed inside what's supposed to be for a deluxe sandwich. These were the same size as the pickles. Is this what McDonalds thinks is a $10 meal?"

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with McDonald’s. The pictures explain it all. Undercooked, raw food. The manager did give me a full refund, and offered me something else but I didn’t accept yet because I’ve lost trust in this particular location. P.S I bought two quarter pounders because of my McDonald’s points/coupons allowed me to. One burger is just more raw than the other. I also have proof of purchase from this location on my McDonald’s app."
