"This McDonald's is quite strange… it is 5:24am and were supposed to be open, I am believing at 5am. The manager told me they were going to open in 5 minutes and that was at 5:05am."

"We came to this location because my child wanted to play in the Play Place. Upon walking in, a strong, unpleasant odor hit me in the face. I used to work at McDonald's so I recognized it to be dirty mop water and or a dirty mop. We stayed only because my child really wanted to play in the play area. When we went to sit, the tables were dirty so I had to clean them. However, the food was fresh and tasted good. We received great service from one of the young men working there (Isaiah). The experience would've been so much better in a cleaner environment, though. We deserve to have a clean McDonald's to enjoy our food in in Southwest Atlanta."

"Wish I could've given No stars but that wasn't an option. This location needs to be retrained and re staffed. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOOD. Girl in back booth was excellent and even suggested upsales. Ordered double cheeseburger with small fries and a #7 meal with a sprite with no mustard my daughter is allergic. They parked us and brought the wrong food out twice. Fries were brown and re dipped burger had a piece of hair weave melted in the Sanwhich on the cheese. It's always 2-3 managers on shift and the service is HORRIBLE. My daughters burger came with mustard even after they attached the special order sticker on it. Please take time to train staff and management as this would further hurt your business.Wasted time, money and food that we did not get to enjoy."

"I wish I could rate the McDonald’s on cascade negative zero stars. This location is very disgusting and unprofessional. The food is never fresh what so ever. I ordered a Bacon QPC and it was not cook to order and feels like it has been sat out all day. The employees and managers work like they hate their jobs. Always rude, mad and unprofessional. The general manager Elaine is the worst employee and she’s the general manager. She represents the store horribly. She has a very stuck up and rude attitude. She does not please the customers and not professional what so ever. Also, me and the other customers standing in the lobby heard her screaming at the kitchen staff cursing and that was not professional for her to be a general manager."

"I vowed that I would never come back to this location, but we were in a hurry, and it’s close to my destination, so here we are. Today was a better experience in comparison to previous visits, So I am increasing my rating to at three. Of course this is not the place that you go when you want healthy food, but McDonald’s has been well known for a long time to be a convenient place to go when you need something quick and to entertain your children. We came today to get my son an iced coffee. If you have downloaded the McDonald’s mobile app, always check the deals first before you order in case there is a coupon for the items that you would like to have. On today’s visit the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the playroom looking warm and inviting. Ordering do you take a little longer than usual, but the young lady expressed it was her first week and apologized and I admire that. There was a line, but the service was pretty fast today and our order was correct. My main issue is that if you park in the disability spaces and there is a line at the drive-thru, you will be stuck until the line goes down. Also, even though it’s not a requirement, most of the employees look as if they do not want to be there. I look forward to visiting again, and if I can get consistent professional service, I will continuously increase my rating."
