"I’m disappointed with the food. I understand that food costs more now but I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and paid $11. That’s pricey, but the worst part is the sandwich was tiny. Not this locations fault but it’s crazy that you would pay more for less. If you want to raise the price, that’s fine but don’t lessen the quality of food. Just disappointed and I won’t go back to any Wendy’s."

"My bun was black taste and smelled awful had to take the meet off and put it in another bun just because I was so hungry and they knew the toaster was broken and burning buns but still served it like this"

"So I ordered two sausage, egg and cheese Muffins. When I pulled them out of the bag, I noticed a smell. My fiancé took a bite and had to spit it out because it tasted really bad so we work right next-door to this Wendy’s so he took them back right. The manager (we assume) gave him an attitude, said they just cooked that sausage. He tried to explain it did not taste right but she still wanted to argue. Anyway she did exchange for a bacon one, but the muffin was so dry and tasteless. It was awful. Anyway, like I said, I work right next-door to this store and purchase their quite often for breakfast. I guess I will not be doing it any longer because the last couple times it has not tasted good and customer service is not good either."

"Just ordered through the mobile app. Have never had any issues at this store before. Today they were understaffed which I understand, however, we were waiting 45 minutes for our order, the staff never once spoke to us. After 40 minutes of not being spoken to even though we were standing at the front counter, my boyfriend went up and was very respectful to the employee and asked for a refund who then told him she could void the order but it could take 2 weeks for the refund. Then contact corporate if it didn’t come through. She was quite rude to him and literally passed over us several times to help others who had come in behind us. Don’t know what we did to piss her off today but we left and will not be going back. Super rude and unprofessional."
