"Horrible customer service. I'll never come back. I ordered through the app, and went through the drive through. After parking, I discovered that both my crunchwrap and potatoes were incorrect. They both had sour cream on them and I asked for that to be removed. Went inside the restaurant to have it rectified and a tall African American man asked me to open up the crunchwrap, take it apart and show him the sour cream. He remade the potatoes while complaining very loudly about "lost revenue". I asked him to remake the crunchwrap as well since I had to tear it apart (at his request). I don't want to eat something that it is in pieces. He stomped off and brought back a tall, blonde woman. She was furious. She started slaming things around while complaining about lost revenue and how they're losing so much money over a crunchwrap. She then made a fuss over throwing the old food away "so the customer won't eat the free food". After that she threw the crunchwrap at me and said "here". What a ridiculous interaction! Want to know about lost revenue? I won't come back, and I'll be sure to tell everyone what happened."

"Best tacobell in cherokee county. Must of them are a dump. Tacobell isn't normally my thing but I like a crunch wrap. They haven't messed mine up yet. If they ever put sour cream on it, I'll come back and change my review."

"Wow this morning manager just has that special kind of personality that seems to make everyone there hate life. No one looked to be in a bright cheery mood. I pulled into the drive thru at opening time and no answer. I pulled to the drive thru window and she was standing there and ignored me and moved out of sight. Finally she came back and with a attitude said “can I help you”? I asked are you open. She said we just opened and I would have to go back around the store and thru the drive thru. Lol I never have understood why people who hate everyone would work in the people business. Oh well I guess that’s just what Taco Bell and in general the food service industry is about post Covid. And I’ve been there before during breakfast and I got the same attitude then so it wasn’t the first time. I won’t be back that is for sure. I don’t need that kind of misery in my life."

"I like that they have sauces. There food tastes fresh. There drinks do not taste flat. They have a great environment with bright lighting. and Cinabons and Iced Coffee to top it off. The online order was great. Nothing was wrong. The strawberry drink was awesome."
