Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"Ordered via the app. Wings n things, a basket of toast, and two extra tenders for someone else as well as several extra sauces. I got my food in the drive thru and parked to check it as I always do at fast food spots. I had my meal and toast but no extra tenders. I went inside and told them and the girl working expo (in an extremely snotty tone) said “they’re in there”. I said “they are not. It’s just my wings n things and a basket of toast” “No they’re in there I made sure. There’s 5 tenders in the meal box.” “Why would you put the tenders I ordered separately in the box with the hot wings?” She literally rolled her eyes, shrugged, and walked off. I just left because her attitude ticked me off. Sure enough, when I got home, the hot sauce from the wings had gotten on the tenders and my friend didn’t want them. They also forgot my extra sauces that I paid for. Why would you guys pack separately ordered items into one box? That is literally food service 101. If I had ordered a sandwich would she have jammed it into the box with the other meal? I just don’t get it."

"I love Zaxby's food. That is why I keep going. I rarely dine-in, but I did this time. Not very friendly personnel. Except for 1 lady. Not even an smile from the people who clean. If employees were reminded every weekly meeting that all the customers pay their pay checks; MAYBE they would s!ile more."

"Have eaten here past 2 years. This morning I ordered thru Doordash for the 1st time and before 11 am. I got served chicken from the night before! Paid an extra $3.00 to get a sweet tea, and got unsweet instead, which to anyone in the south unsweet tea is death in a cup. Then had to spend 3 hours on the phone w.doordash to get a refund. I don't know what happened at this location, but never have I bit into chicken so gross, so old, and so dried out before in my life, much less from Zaxbys."
