"Placed an order online at around noon to be picked up at 3:15, walked in the door at 3:10 and they were freshly making the order, that was greatly appreciated because a lot of other restaurants that offer online ordering are prematurely making orders and just not caring. The front line worker was doing a great job of going between dinning in customers as well as drive-thru customers all while smiling doing so. If Captain D's upper management sees this review, I believe the guy working the front line that day at 3pm deserves a raise"

Today I went through the drive through and ordered a sweet tea and got an unsweet tea but no big deal. I called the store immediately and they apologized and rectified the issue."
