"The level of disrespect. I ordered two Cobb salad and these kids removed the chicken and replaced it with two pieces of bacon I should of checked my bag but I was in a rush to get back to work"

"Perhaps if the employees were paid more they would give better service. The food is decent. I try not to go here. They need to work on being better with the customer interactions."

"I placed an order online thinking it would be faster. I arrived at the store and had to ask to be helped. Not one time was I even acknowledged. Mind you, I ordered 2 nibblers and fried pickles. I waited 20 minutes and finally asked for a refund….oh here’s your order. I was pissed, but I took it and left. When I got home , the bread for the nibblers were rock hard like they had been microwaved and the pickles were cold. I have finally learned my lesson, I’m never going back to that Zaxby’s."

"How long does it take to give someone a salad? 30 min! I ordered a fried cobb salad at 9:15p. They told me to park and wait for my order. 9:44p, I waved someone down for my order. They rushed it out and still messed up the order! Not a fried cobb Salad!! Missing the main ingredients that cost so much more on the menu. The young lady that brought the order out rushed back in when I tried to flag her down to correct her. Then I decided.....should I wait another 30 min for them to fix my salad, or complain to corporate? Management needs to get on their staff."

"Greeted at the drive-thru with "go ahead with your order" only after sitting there for over a minute waiting for a greeting and having to say "hello?". While in the middle of giving my order, I am cut off with "grilled or fried?" Not even giving me an opportunity to state it myself while ordering. Pull up to the window to pay, then told to pull to a parking space, not asked to pull but told "pull up". 4 other cars behind me told to do the same. While waiting for my food (15 mins so far) they then proceed to turn off the parking lot lights since it's now 10pm. So we are sitting in the dark waiting for food. The 4 cars behind me who was told to pull up as well, has now gotten their food. It's now 10:15 (I have been waiting now about 30 mins) I back up to the drive thru window. They finally give me my food with no exit greeting or "sorry for the wait". Just a "did you have the salads?" This has been by far the worse customer service experience I have had at a Zaxby's. And to top it off, the fried chicken in my salad was not even fresh and the salad looks a mess. What the hell was I waiting 30 mins for?"
