"I was so disappointed in everything during this visit to Zaxby's, but the most upsetting was the tiny portions of food at increased prices. Our salad had one chicken tender on it. My coleslaw was teaspoon size portion and wasn't in a container...when did they stop that? Our fries were not only limited, but had very little seasoning and were cold and limp. Another restaurant bites the dust. Bad service, untidy environment, and horribly portioned and prepared food at a premium price. No thanks!"

"The drive thru attendant was so interested in her personal group conversation with the other person helping with orders. When asked for additional items and was given an attitude along with hand gestures. Rushing me. My food had no sauce and my other order was missing Zaxby's house sauce.. I was hesitant already coming there to eat based on the experience that I had in Orlando.."

"This was the second and last time i came to this location and the reason is because they cant seem to get it right!!! The first time i barley had the special sauce on the sandwich which was the only reason i got it and the last time was because i got like 12 fries in my order! Isnt fries the cheapeat thing you could really order and they only gave me 12... i called and asked what was going on are yall low on it or something and he said we only give 5 oz of fries... waiting in line for 30 minutes isnt worth the trouble of not being completely satisfied with your food. Dont eat here. Better off going to chick-fil-a right around the corner! At least youll be happy!"
