"I had to send my food back because it wasn't even warm. The 2nd batch took so long that l lost my appetite. They were not as proactive about checking on the customers after the food was dropped off. It took forever for me to even address the complaint. Also, it was complete chaos because someone was loud, belligerent, and cursing, which in turn had the police called. The entire experience felt like being on a toxic 2000's reality TV show. I want my money back for the time and energy wasted going in there again. I tried them a couple of years ago and now, I realized why I hadn't been back. The young ladies were kind despite the issues that were going on out of their control."
"The drinks were nicely balanced between flavor and "kick" .. Gator bites appetizer was lightly seasoned and breaded, overall very tasty. The Redfish Pontchartrain and the Shrimp & Grits were both big and delicious. We decided to take half of the entrees home to save room for the scrumptious Bourbon Bread Pudding."
"This place has good food and enthusiastic service. I like the NOLO cocktails they have on menu. The server was genuinely interested in service and recommending what they have best. I ate the house gumbo and crawfish etoufee combo , both were good and felt authentic, buttery rice goes well with it."
"I first want to say they got down with the renovation of the inside.I love the mirror walls it took the ambiance to a 10. I want to shoutout the bartender he was phenomenal and knows how to make a drink. Both drinks I had were beyond great. They were not to strong or too sweet they were perfect.I ordered the shrimp etouffee , it was comforting, slight spicy and fulfilling. The portion size was greatly appreciated with the shrimp ratio being sufficient. I loved it. I definitely recommend ordering this."
"Was in a training session across the street and walked over. Got there just as the opened so it wasn't busy, but was getting that way when I left. The shrimp Po boy is fantastic. The shrimp is lightly fried and generous portions. The roll it was on was really good. Huge, but not heavy at all. The potatoes were also good and flavorful with a good seasoning. Way better pairing than fries."
