"Horrible service and the photo here is a picture of the guy who will call the police on you as he did my family and myself saying we refused to leave. We were never asked to leave, he lied to the police saying he said he would not serve us and to leave. It’s people like this trash that runs others businesses in the ground who gave him a chance to do something he obviously knows nothing about which is customer service. I would recommend you avoid this establishment unless you want to be answering questions to law enforcement about lies this bum is telling them. He should be fired and sent to another establishment that does not need him to communicate with customers and just cook the burgers and fries. I will never go to this checkers again and recommend anyone to do the same that wishes their dollar to be respected, I have never been to a fast food establishment and had the service this individual gave. Yelling through a headset that was not working and after pulling to the window, not even so much as an explanation to say anything yet call the police on me when it was you that had the issue. When you don’t understand how to deal with customers, you are the last one who needs to be taking orders. Very horrible experience and I will visit other checkers, but never this one again."

This location has been through a lot of changes, from renovations to the store to updates on the menu, but I embrace them all with open arms. I have a strong belief that these changes will only lead to even more incredible improvements in the future. Keep up the great work."

"Do Not EVER go to checkers on your lunch break! Even though checkers is considered FAST food but it’s never a FAST situation! I was literally sitting in the drive thru for a hour just waiting order! Then sends me to the other side to wait another hour to receive my food???? Yall food ain’t that good bro!! Ain’t no way in hell orders should take this damn long! Yall need to come up with a better way!! And why do yall tell your employees to add more salt on food that supposedly comes in seasoned? They put so much salt on the food, to the point where it becomes not even edible anymore and for people that have to return to work with food they can’t even eat, will suffer for the rest of their shift hungry! Smh just terrible!! Just don’t add anymore salt! Let the customers add salt if they want to but cater to all not just the young crowd with all that salt stuff!"

"My wife wanted a burger to eat two days in a row from here. The first day she had the Big Buford and ate it in its entirety. The second day she had a regular burger as she stated the Big Buford was too big. The automated order taker is a unique twist on ordering. It makes ordering impersonal. Please note, you can only order chicken wings online."

"I said tomatoes and they followed through A+. Attention free sandwich 1st time users, be sure to tell or show them that coupon is for 1 free sandwich not 2, because person knocked iff 1 sandwich from order, but i only ordered 1 sandwich w/drink.. i was told and insisted my total was $9 for my lg drink.. so be sure that they know most importantly the drink is 3.79, and 2nd coupon is for "one" sandwich.. amen"
