"Wondering why the dining area is always closed, orders are consistently wrong, the employees are always playing around and eating while preparing customer’s food, the lady who seems to possibly be the manager or assistant manager is always outside smoking and on her phone. What is the problem with this fairly new location?"
"It was about 2:45p, I pull in place my order then pull to the first window, no one is there or any evidence they are using that window, I see someone walk by grab their belongings in the distance, I waved they ignored me but It looked like they were leaving. I pull up to the next window the girl says you have to pay back there, I explain no one is there she repeated herself and walked away as I was showing her my card.... they could have just said they weren't taking orders at the speaker since they didn't have any cashiers apparently. This place had promise but it's just another business in the area with poor customer service."
"Food was good and quick service. I went through the drive thru and I had a mobile order. Ordering through the app is super easy. The food was nice and hot and their strawberry lemonade drink was tasty. The strawberry frosty was also tasty. The girl at the window who gave me my food was really nice."
