Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Popeye's has a major problem with providing good customer service and order accuracy. It's like every time I go to a Popeyes (drive thru) I have to repeat my order several times and it's still incorrect. On this occasion, I spoke my order into the intercom, the order was repeated to me and it was correct. I get to the window and a gentleman asks me what I ordered and I tell him. About 10 seconds later another lady comes to the window and asks me my order. For the third time I repeat my order. They hand me my food and I drive off. I get home to discover my order is wrong and the food they decided to give me was clearly NOT fresh. Wings were room temperature as if they've been left out and the fries were hard and stale. This has happened at this location as well as other Popeyes location in the area. Employees don't seem to care, and are more preoccuipied with having conversations with their co workers vs providing a good customer experience. Terrible!"

"I’m writing the review due to the good of course was fresh and on point! NOT only that I have never been to a Popeyes before where I didn’t have to ask for condiments!!!! Everything that was needed for the family meal I wish I took the young ladies name at the register.. it was busy and she made sure every order was good and said Merry Christmas!!! I’ve been other Popeyes in other states and have never seen them get straight to the point fresh food with no attitude"

"Horrible service. The employee closed their location early. Stop cooking food early so they have nothing to serve. And extremely rude. Whoever works your night shifts should not be left alone, they do a disservice to your company as well as I observed whoever the final employee making out behind the counter with what could have been a fellow employee or a boyfriend they let behind the counter as I pulled through the drive thru. I hope management informs them of their bad service and never leaves them alone with the responsibility of the store again. And IF you all as a restaurant/management discontinues food service 45-30 min before closing time that is online and on doors. Then just change the store hours because it is not right & extremely disappointing."

"So this location is a little urban. They let you know immediately what they have & do not have. But their customer service is on point & accuracy is always spot on. Only drive thru is available at this time & it runs smoothly. * update 4/13/23* Normally when ordering in drive thru there are no issues & if they are, they are quick to resolve them 1. Missing second strawberry biscuit from order 2. NO drink received , realized it once I drove off- SMH 3. No communication from the person accepting payment & giving you your food at the window. Like, did not say anything when my items were missing 4. Yelling from the chicken line to ppl out the drive thru window 5. COUPON NOT applied - this is the only reason I went here on today. SMH Chicken I didn’t receive was hot & fresh but dang no drink, & still paid full price. SMH"
