At this location China (a manager) and Josh (cook) are the dream team. They should be teaching all the other locations their methods. The location in Hiram fails me way too often."

Wings were delicious as usual, but the environment was subpar kinda average, but the young short guy with the face cover who checked me out had a good personality which matter most."

After 20 min I checked to see if it was ready, not yet, I was told. 30 min, not yet. 45 min, not yet. After an hour, they finally checked to see if it was being made. It was not. I finally received my order 1 hour and 24 minutes after I paid. Nothing was offered to me for their wasting my time and making dinner late on a school night."
