"Wrong order was given to me and they are now closed so I can’t even reorder and now it’s late. I ordered the club sandwich meal with no tomato or ham and the new peach cobbler mix with ice cream. We just got back into town from a funeral and we can’t even eat cause everything is closed and the order was wrong. Very disappointed in the service."

"My husband and I stopped in your establishment about a year ago. The server we had, Ashley G., was indeed the best experience I've had with any restaurant. The moment she came to our table, I knew we would be back. She is very caring, pleasant and smiles the whole time she's helping us. She is the reason we continue to come to your restaurant 3 or more times a week. It's not very close to our home but if every restaurant had servers like Ashley G., they too might get some of our business. You better keep her. Or we will find another place to eat. "I don't usually leave reviews but my server went so above and beyond I'm gonna give credit where credit is due. If you ever go to this location ask for Ashley G to be your server. You'll thank me later. She was so pleasant to deal with and so attentive to my table, I seriously left with a smile on my face. I feel like good, hard workers these days are hard to come by so it was nice to see someone who actually puts effort and care into her job. I will definitely be going back when I'm in the area. "Ok so we eat at O’Charley’s often but this is my 1st time writing about it!! We went to the one onAustell rd. The atmosphere was calm.. I guess because it was a holiday weekend they were slower than usual. We sat in the bar area so the bartender waited on us. She was such a delight. I was conflicted with what to order and I told her what I had a taste for and she told me the best was to get it!!! She was so attentive and helpful. The food was very good. We had the Cajun chicken pasta and the steak and ribs with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes.. the pasta was deans saturated in sauce +++ the ribs were tender and falling off the bone!! Stark was well done to my liking.. but bayyyby that broccoli was seasoned to the Gods and steamed to perfection. That was the best thing on my plate!!!"

"I ordered the New Orleans chicken pasta and the portion size was ok for lunch time. I do feel there could have been a little more flavor or “kick” to hold up the New Orleans name. It tasted a little plain but the chicken was cooked well and was tender. I ordered the strawberry lemonade to drink and it was ok. It tasted a little watered down some."
