Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"They acknowledge their drive-thru system is faulty, and they can't hear. They got the order wrong but refused to correct it, stating their policy precludes them from "adding on" to orders at the window. We informed them it was not an add on, they didn't ring it up properly. They insisted we come inside or get back in the drive-thru line that was wrapped around the building. We left and went to Casa Grande across the street, who had a shorter line with a less expensive and better tasting chicken salad. So we saved money and got better service."

"Walked in, didn’t smell clean. Floor was dirty and sticky. Just an all-around icky feeling inside. Came in to get the free sandwich advertised for Veterans Day. The cashier was clueless. Kept telling us to use the app but didn’t know how to show us how to do so and couldn’t pivot when that didn’t work. Advertisement also said you could get the sandwich in store. The cashier didn’t seem to comprehend that concept and made no effort to accommodate. So we didn’t get the sandwich. I was going to ask for a manger but figured there was no point. The place was virtually empty and I came to learn why. This place needs to train its workers on its policies and promotions and how to adapt when they don’t know something. (Hint: Get the manager, don’t allow a customer to leave because you don’t know your job). Also could use a good pressure wash on the floors and counters. I doubt I’ll ever be back to see if they take this advice. Recommend skipping this location."

"This location is not usually very busy so I was able to go through the drive-thru pretty quickly which is unusual for this franchise. However my food was very hot and delicious I ordered a kid's grilled cheese with the seasoned fries, and I also ordered an additional side of fries. The fries were very fresh and season very well. The customer service was great. I asked for extra sauce this time, and they did not even charge me. Great experience"

"I visited California, and my experience was great. Cashier could be a bit more friendly with a small and able to solve customer's food issues using their best discretion. Customer satisfaction is key."

"I ordered a salad and asked to have an extra tender, onions on the side, and extra dressing (making a total of 3 dressings), i got home and there was onions on my salad, the normal amount of tenders (which is 2), only 2 dressings, and a hair in my salad. I work at another zaxbys and was trying this one out bc it was conveniently closer at the time, but I won't be doing that again. Need to do better."
