"The food is just ok…… the customer service is atrocious! The take the phone off the hook and they speak to customers rudely. The fact is, they treat customers with no respect simply because they know that there aren’t many options around them."

"The customer service at this location is horrible. My family and I have lived in Palmetto for many years. We have frequented this restaurant a lot and every encounter has gotten worst. The cash register yelled at me when previous taking my order stating you acting like you don’t know how to order. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am not the type to leave reviews but with the behaviors displayed I think the public should know. This establish is racist and lacks all kinds of professionalism."

"We just tried China Queen for takeout food for the first time. It is a no thrills Chinese take out place and the food is excellent. No MSG and all your classic (US) Chinese dishes are there. We picked up steamed shrimp and broccoli, teriyaki chicken with fried rice and a kids menu with shrimp. Everything was fresh and tasty, prices are good too. We’ll be back"
