"I order a simple 2 cheese burgers and a large fry. As I was handed my fries threw the drive through window, I asked the cashier ( are these fresh fries). She then lied and I ask may I please have fresh fries. I was told to pull forward and I waited 10 minutes until I had to go all the way back around in line just to request the same thing. I then waited an additional 10 minutes to get the same cold meal. The location must do better."

"We ordered a Big Mac, quarter pounder, nuggets and two large fries. The meat in the burgers was RAW, the fries tasted nasty like they were fried in old oil and no salt. We went through the drive through but had to walk in because they forgot most of our order. The nuggets were the only thing we ate. Do better."

"I would just simply suggest when at this location make sure you pay attention to the menu and what you're paying for. Most of the items on the dollar menu are also on the regular menu as a meal and they will attempt to charge you the regular price even though you ordered from the dollar menu. When I pointed out that two items on the dollar menu equaled $4 but you ring me up for those two items on the regular menu that equals $6.49 All they could say was well it's just a dollar and 50 cents more is not a big deal.... Say it's not a big deal when it's your money that you're spending but you don't say that type of things to a customer. There were no attempts made to fix the discrepancy even though I counted it out to them more than once ultimately I just asked him to take it off because either they just weren't understanding or they just don't know how to count or they really just don't care."

"I cringe every time I have to go to this McDonald's. I have not had a McRib in years. I finally decided on one last night and ugghhhhh. I ate a few fries and threw everything away. Just look at the picture for yourself. Waiting forever is the norm these days, so we wait patiently. Please just let the food be worth the long wait."
