"Picked up my daughter from the airport, and she was not willing to pay airport prices for food. She asked to go to Waffle House. The first one was only accepting orders to go. We headed further down the road towards home and stopped here. Great customer service. The employees obviously work well together. I ordered the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Hash Brown Bowl. My daughter ordered the All-Star Breakfast. Food was prepared to perfection. Everything was great! I would highly recommend this location!"

"Night shift employee “Star” and claimed manager was extremely disrespectful towards customers, with a lack of initiative to take orders in a competent manner. He seemed under the influence of some sort. He told several customers to leave due to being overwhelmed by orders at the front door. Overall customer service was unacceptable. Employees who work night shift should be able to handle customers orders as well as give a great customer experience. I have been to this location during the day with no issues however the night shift employees may need more supervision to ensure proper customer service and to uphold Waffle House standards."

"What a dining experience, the food was amazing. The ham and cheese omelette was fluffy and the ingredients were fresh. As good as the meal was, my service was even more amazing. I was served by “Nadia” who appeared to be new at the position. Which she was a natural, took my order, got me some delicious sweet tea, and kept the re-fills coming. Her trainer was right by her side every step of the way. He was professional, courteous and friendly. The restaurant was lively, and “Kool” put on some Vanilla Ice “Ice, Ice, Baby and Backstreet Boys” music on the jukebox. Overall an 11 out of 10, would invite anyone to this Waffle House location for good food, and excellent customer service. Enjoy!"
