"They hired a bunch of young people that has no type of customer service. I did a mobile order and they gave it away and acted like it was never in the system. I tried to talk to another employee and he act as if I was ghost like he didn’t see me I could’ve got out of character but they carry guns inside like they security."

"This is an example of “just because we’re in the hood, doesn’t mean you have to act like it.” These employees are very unprofessional, feisty, disrespectful and uncouth. Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald’s that I can visit due to my car being down. I usually go all the way to Cascade. I don’t know how they are still operating with this same staff. I’m reporting them today because some of the staff was trying to fight my 12 and 13 year old daughters who are mentally disabled. I’m waiting on the call back from corporate so that I can approach this legally."

"Eggshell in my sandwich. The food is just meh, but it’s McDonald’s so I’m not holding that to high regards. However, there was eggshells in my McMuffin. Please pay attention when you’re cracking eggs. Thanks."

"HORRIBLE. No one wants to take your order at this location. They choose to stay in the back of the restaurant where no one can see them. The other employees were outside sitting on the curb in the parking lot smoking marijuana."

"I normally come here during the day, i came there tonight and the food was horrible. The fish was cooked too long and very hard. Straight trash. I know its late at night but that doesnt mean we dont still deserve fresh food"
