"I had the most horrific, disgusting, and distasteful customer experience at this KFC location! The young lady in the photo was speaking some type of slang language in the drive through while I was trying to order, so I had to drive around, she then called me broke, and began to laugh at me with her fellow co workers after she kept running my card numerous times, each time she ran the card, I was being charged. I then asked this young lady for her name and she said absolutely not! I have her on video laughing and being extremely belligerent, rude, and disrespectful! I called the next day and spoke to the manager Nicole, she told me there’s nothing I can do for you and hung up! I am still waiting for corporate to return my call! Please, do not waste your time eating at this location! This location doesn’t deserve your time and money. Think about it, if they hire managers and employees who act like this, imagine what they are doing to the food you order. They are a poor representation of KFC and it makes you wonder about the staffing at other locations as well."

"We ordered from here through a third-party delivery service, and it only took 12 minutes for our food to arrive. The timing is important because the food showed obvious signs of time-temperature abuse. There was cross contamination of some green thing in my mac and cheese - could be green bean (we didn't order green beans) but I don't trust the vegetables because my fiancé threw up the cole slaw. I tried to call to speak with someone, but the line was busy. Please check your kitchen equipment, retrain or hire more staff, or else someone is going to get SERIOUSLY ill!"
