"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had never been treated with such disrespect from a fast food restaurant. My family and I visited the location on December 14th, 2023 and they employee was working by himself with I thought was not right. He would not serve us food at all even after he told us that he was only taking online orders. Slammed the window in my face several times. And told us to get out his drive through line. I have already contacted the corporate office and I will not stop until I know that something is done. I do not care if it’s a training for him and his managers or a talk in the office. He does not need to treat anyone the way he treat my family. I also asked for his name which he never gave."

"I was just at this place and waited at the order box for about 15 minutes before I decided to pull off and when I got to the window the girl was just walking around with the headset on. I also called the restaurant 4 times and no one answered the phone. This is one of the worst Checkers there is and I think they should be shut down, I never seen a restaurant with so many bad reviews and it's still open and the attitude of the employees is beyond ridiculous. I will not be visiting this Checkers ever again I'll drive to the next exit and go to Checkers on Hollowell Pkwy before I ever go here again."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would me and my sister came here Friday night and was greeted by the ugly nasties attitude ever!!! He told us he was only taking online orders which it was only 11:30 they closed at 2. He told us get out his drive through, we told him we were about to place an online order he said so we can’t hold up his drive through. He was working by himself probably why he had an attitude idc that’s not my fault. We called the number to complain and will be calling everyday until something is done!! I spend to much money on checkers for that!"

"I ordered 3 deep sea doubles, and who ever cooked the fish cooked it 10 minutes too long. I like the deep sea double, and I eat alot of them. Deep sea double is the largest fish sandwich in fast food joints. Now this Checkers cooked the hardest fish sandwich I've ever had from a checkers. Clocked out of work and had to clock back in so I didn't checked the food, just started driving back to work, and that's when I tried to take a bite of the sandwich and almost left my teeth in the sandwich."

"Customer service is horrible it is 9:21 and the young lady scream at me and told me that they was close. I went to the window to make my orders once she said that and seen me taking pictures then she took the lady order before me but after that I didn't want too order anything and I was afraid to look at the waiting at the window"
