"Not the best. The biscuits are what people go to this place for. The mac and chees needed some milk. Literally. The chicken was entirely too salty and hard. The sweet potatoe pie was not giving any kind of flavor. This place has just one note."

I’ve been going through such a hard time lately and her generosity came at the best time. She deserves endless Raises and bonuses. I usually have no expectations when going into any fast food business but THIS one time when I needed the service the most she provided it for me. "Stopped here on the way to Florida and the customer service was excellent. Jaelin along with other staff greeted us and made sure our large group had everything we needed! Also, the food was nice and hot and some of the freshest biscuits I’ve had at a Bojangles!"

"Went through the drive through. The microphone is terrible and it's hard to hear what the staff is saying, and they had a really hard time hearing me too. The food was better than some other locations I've tried, but the service was lacking. We had a small and straightforward order, no changes or special requests. They acted like we were inconveniencing them, sort of that "we're paid enough to give your food, not paid enough to be nice doing it" attitude (which is probably true)."
