"When is the servers there was super duper cool when we came in at around 9:00 at night. He was very nice and got out our food very quickly. I will hopefully be going there again with my friends one day"

"Terrible experience and food and staff. Food was ready and called out multiple times but Waitress decided her conversation and story was so funny it needed to be finished while my food sat and got cold. I was sitting at the low bar and when my food finally arrived a girl working threw her jacket down right next to my food sending dust and particles and dirt all into my face and food. Then there was a massive amount of tiny onions tucked into both sides of my texas melt. The other staff saw me scraping the excessive amounts of onions out and essentially laughed at me and said "oh well we are supposed to put one full scoop". She didn't even offer to remake it. Just laughed and walked away. She was very condescending. I've never once received that many onions shoved onto one sandwich both sides of bread ever from a WH. There was an enormous amount hidden under my hashbrowns too and they weren't even grilled like I asked and paid for. Disgusting. It feels like I just ate a whole onion. They cut their onions enteriely too small here too. This location clearly hires people under trained and that lack attention to detail, empathy, and self awareness. There are better options nearby."

"Worst Waffle House experience ever. I will have grace with the employees because they were understaffed but my experience was still unacceptable. After being seated I waited nearly 45 minutes before being asked for my food/drink order. No drinks for 45 minuets! After that, THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG! And as if it couldn’t get worse when I went to the counter to pay for my order, he charged me $6 more than my meal should have costed. Overall a poor experience. However, the cook and the waiter were working their butts off. I would blame the management for this mishap. I’ll give them credit for that but the overall experience is simply not representative of the Waffle house I know."

"I used to be a Unit Manager for this chain, so I'm pretty critical of things. This unit team was awesome! Fast and friendly service, and they were all in their uniforms!!!! I haven't seen that happening a lot lately. So, thank you from South Carolina!!!"

"We went tonight and there were only two people running the restaurant with mobile orders and walk in guests. They were great and extremely helpful. Lex was our server I can't remember the name of the cook but he was blonde. We had a great time."
