"Ok. I really enjoyed my experience until my shrimp and grits arrived to the table. Please do not think your shrimp and grits meal will look like the picture provided. I had 5 of the smallest shrimp I've ever eaten. I was so amazed that I couldn't comment. And the people were so nice i let it ride. I said maybe the shrimp are down in the bowl. Well, I thought wrong. Also, the amount of oil was a huge turnoff. See my pictures. The shrimp were smaller than the spoon. The plus side is that everything was tasty and the chicken meal my husband had was very good. The appetizers, desserts and drinks were spot on ( tea, cucumber water and rum punch and sweetpotato cornbread). Service and atmosphere were outstanding."

"We had a great time the night before New Year's Eve. Line dancing and live entertainment was a treat. The service was fantastic despite our lovely waitress who had a knee problem ( I hope she's able to stay off it). Our cheese steak egg rolls were a little greasy but still good The hot wings were delicious, and the roasted Brussels sprouts were superb. Great location only three miles from the house, which means we'll be back."

"When I went it was busy, so service time and wait time wasn’t bad. The food was just ok, but I can tell it’s a vibe for an older crowd on the weekend or after work. The menu is misleading so I will advise asking questions."

"My friend and I had dinner tonight at a new restaurant in Tyrone called S2 Bistro. It was amazing! I had the shrimp and grits and it’s one of the best ones I’ve ever had. My friend had the shrimp Po Boy and raved about it. They have live music on Sundays so that was nice to listen too. We ate outside, and our server, Tavonna, was truly fantastic. We asked her if the chef was from New Orleans because the flavors were so spot on, so she sent him out to talk to us. Chef Andre learned his skill from an Alabama mother and Louisiana father. You guys MUST try this place. They have a wide range of food choices. Truly food made from the soul! P.S., even the French fries were unique and worth raving about. — at S2 Bistro."

"Walked in, got seated at the bar. Place was busier than I anticipated for a late Saturday afternoon. Had a couple of large tables and booths filled, and patrons at the bar too. Was quickly greeted and had our drink orders taken. Service was good, even accommodated substitutions! The music that was playing made it my kind of vibe! It's a nice local spot to make new acquaintances and meet up with friends. I have to come back and try it on a night they have live music."
