"I love bonjangles and have never had a bad experience at any location, that is until I went to this location. I sat at the drive through menu for 10 minutes before anyone even said anything. When I finally did get to order they gave me the wrong order, I ordered a breast and thigh and was given a breast and drum, but was charged for the more expensive thigh. The breast I did get was literally smaller than the Biscuit, and that’s seriously not a joke, got maybe 2 bites out of it. Also I was given 0 napkins or silverware(I had dirty rice as a side). The sweet tea had about 3 cubes of ice in it and wasn’t even cold or full. By far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had."

"This place has went completely down hill! They NEVER have what you want. Today it was sweet tea and no honey mustard. Not to mention I’ve been sitting here waiting for over 20 minutes for a 5 piece chicken supreme meal. Don Hayes really needs to take back over this place because it’s went to hell!!!!"

"Waited in the drive-through for 12 minutes. The lady at the drive-through was pleasant and patient. Order three large #1, #2, and #7 LG combo. The complete order was wrong when I got home. Did not get what I paid for. And they won't answer the phone. I've always loved Bojangles but this trip was disappointing."

"When I got home with my takeout order, not only was it hard to identify some of the chicken parts (because they were cooked in old grease too long), but the family sized Bo Rounds were missing. I tried to call the store several times, but no one ever answered. Not happy about spending my hard-earned money for something that I didn't get! They need to do better!!!"
