"This location was very rude. No customer service at all. The cashier Zobi acted as if he didn’t want to interact at all. He kept closing the window when I asked anything. They asked did I want fries or onion rings with my order, but charged me $1 for the onion rings. If I would have known it was $1 extra I would’ve kept my fries. Not even a hello or have a nice day."
"Average Dairy Queen. Staff was somewhat nice. The in person menu is a little higher than their online menu. One of those needs to be updated."
"The 2 for $5 cheeseburgers taste terrible. They do not have the broiled taste that Dairy Queen has been known for. The burger meat itself is not the same taste or quality. I brought the burgers (I had taken 2 bites from 1 burger) back and asked could I get the fish sandwich instead and apply the cost of the burgers to the fish sandwich. I was so rudely told by the cashier “are you serious?” No acknowledgment of me saying the burger was terrible. She also said they still broil the burgers. That burger was not broiled. She lied. They have lost the 3 people in my household as customers."
"Customer services isn’t great. She was really struggling to understand us. I asked for onion rings and they gave me fries. Even though she repeated the order multiple times. Didn’t get a receipt. Flame thrower burger was more like a cheeseburger with a sprinkle of buffalo sauce. Not great."
"Update: For some reason that I don't yet fully comprehend, I subjected myself to a Blizzard and the horrible customer service that comes with it -- at this particular Dairy Queen location. After hearing a muffled and less-than-appreciative"$6.45 Next window" by the kid on the speaker (no "thank you" or cheery tones to be found here), I was treated to a long, shall I say Aggressive Scowl by the person at the window -- after having the nerve and the gall to politely ask her to wipe a *long drip of ice cream* running down the side of the cup before handing it to me -- as it would have dripped all over my hand and the interior of the car. It was literally a 7 second scowl. Impressive. So there's that. The kitchen seems to be entirely run by kids. At least I have some satisfaction that, despite hitting my waistline, the Blizzard did taste good. Just hoping the management or ownership will understand that customer service needs to be addressed at this location, as it continues to suffer. Previous post: Hours posted open until 10 pm. Arrived at 9:29 and it's closed. Sign is off, menu lights are off - yet employees are inside, maybe closing up early. Can't recommend."
