"Had a messed up order and a sloppy burger my wife would not eat. When I went back to the store rhe owner was running the register and refused to make another burger. Even with the impetus for this chain of events, an burger that is not this company's standard, you can look forward to them refusing to make another sandwich and will repeatedly tell you to call corporate to find a resolution or refund or they will call the cops. !!UPDATE!! I called the number on the link and allowed them to dispose me and they assured a call back and apology from the owner. It is now He ultimately stated he would call the cops for insisting on a refund. We left the order on the counter and left. I will post a video after I edit it for size. S save your money and your. Smile DONT GO HERE... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BIZZARRE -the worst I have ever experienced. I will call corporate and will modify this the if if they credit my card back. Looking at the past reviews makes me wonder if it is ok with the corporate office that this DQ has this policy. requiring a customer rebag an order and bring it back to the store and when you take the time and money to return- 40 ms a policy that should earn them a financial fine/penalty as well as a written warning that expresses what they are doing is wrong. "Inside isn't open, so thereno rating for the atmosphere. The food was bland and felt like a wasted cheat day. Service was above average. I was really disappointed in the delivery. The burger was a mess inside the box, and I had to eat the fries with a fork because they were covered in burger guts. My blizzard was the only saving grace here. This is also the most expensive fast food restaurant of the big 5 by a long shot. (McDonald's, BK, Wendy's, DQ, CFA)"
"WOW!! PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS FOR THIS LOCATION BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER AT THIS DQ!! I WISH I HAD!! NOTICE THE COMMONALTY? RUDE EMPLOYEES AND OWNER! NASTY PRODUCT, OVER PRICED. CONSUMER BEWARE! Unfortunately I have to give them 1star to add my experience, they do NOT deserve it.. I placed the order on the app for my husband to pickup thru drive-thru. When he recieved the food they forgot the drink, to start. He had to get back to the window, just to have the rude associate argue that he didn't order it. ( This was proven to be false and he got the drink. Which was not a fresh large soda but one that was sitting on the counter for who knows how long.) When he got home with the food the ice creams where well into the melting stage , fries were lukewarm at best and the 1 burger was a gross excuse for edibles. It so much mayo it was flowing out of the bun. The tomato was missing the middle! The 8 shreds of lettuce slid out with the mayo flow. I wish I had a picture of the nastiness that I was expected to eat.. except when my husband called the store and spoke with the owner he was told everything needed to be returned along with his receipt for any corrections.. We were in route to return the whole thing, considering they were close to closing, I called to confirm we were on the way, in hopes of them getting my order started so we didn't have to wait even longer to get what we ordered. This is when I was informed that I would have to call corporate. But if he's the owner why would I have to call corporate?? I can't dispute the transaction since it's pending, card support said it would have to be cancelled by the merchant ( but the merchant refused) they have record of the dispute , so now I wait.. ALL THE FOOD WAS LEFT ON THE COUNTER!! When the owner threatened to call the cops!"
"Worst experience to date at Dairy Queen. Went in today, place wasn't busy but the chairs in the lobby were still on the tables at 12:55pm. I ordered 2 combos and an extra chili dog. When the order was ready several minutes later, we got the food and left. Upon arriving back home we realized the hot dog was left out. We returned and asked for everything to be remade because this was more than 30 minutes later. The employees seemed to agree. Several minutes later we received that same food in new boxes. Cold burgers and cold fries with a few new ones on top for false heat. This is upsetting because they could have told us they wouldn't remake the food. I would have requested my money back and that would have been the end of it. But to try to trick me as if I can't tell that you only changed the boxes is ridiculous. First and last time going to this location. Very disappointing."
