"I’ve visited Johnnys since 2007 when I move here. I’ve always liked coming here. I literally just saw a slimy salad post and I just had one in the store. I would have brought it to the attention of the waitress sooner, but didn’t see her for another 20 minutes. This could be because everyone in the store has been waiting on food for 35-45 minutes…yes still waiting as I post this. This is ridiculous and the worst service I’ve seen here. It’s a shame…y’all just have to do better."
"My husband just picked up two salads and brought them home. I started picking out all the wilted slimy lettuce out of my salad but gave up. As you can see from the attached picture, the salad was not appetizing at all and a total waste of money. Very sad because this Johnny's used to have the best salads."
