"Great service! Good food. Came out fast even though they were really busy. I ordered Grandma's Sampler. My wife ordered the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken. I joined the rewards club and got a free order of Biscuit Beignets. Everything was delicious! We haven't been to this chain since they changed the menu. I believe it is even better than before. I would highly recommend this location!"

"Very good food - I wish the service was a little more attentive. We were headed south and stopped here for breakfast once we got through Atlanta. It’s a little hard to find if you’re not using the Google but easy access back on the interstate going south. The food is just as good as I expected and it’s one of the reasons we stop at CB on our roadtrips. They weren’t busy and our server was friendly but she kind of forgot about us while we were waiting on the food to come out. Luckily my wife stopped another server and got a refill on her coffee. All in all a very good experience."

"Ordered online for delivery through Cracker Barrels' website. I ordered the grilled catfish with Mac and cheese. This is what I got, burnt fish that was not edible and I didn't take a pic of the bottom, but it was much worse. I am pretty sure they looked at this before sending it out. What I am wondering is why would anyone who calls themselves a chef allow this to leave their kitchen. This should have been trashed. The last time I ordered togo from here I had to wait almost 40 min before my food was ready and it was still wrong. Very disappointed in the way that this location has been operating because this isn't my first let down but it will be my last time patronizing this business. My suggestion for anyone who still wants to give them a chance is eat inside and even then I can't guarantee that the service will be good."

"First time visiting and the customer service was certainly an amazing experience. Being my first time, I made an online order and accidentally ordered the “at home” cold meal. I walked in and advised my own mistake and they took immediate action. They were welcoming and accommodating and made the hot meal without question. I wish I could bottle this experience and share it with other restaurants. Oh and the food was DELICIOUS. Thank you all for being so kind. It goes a long way!"
