"On New Year's Eve, our group of friends had planned to enjoy a pleasant dinner together. A friend had called the restaurant the day before, and they confirmed that they would be open until 9:00. When we arrived at 6:00, we immediately sensed that our waiter was unhappy. Unfortunately, when I ordered my drink, it was incorrect. I tried to correct the order, but my request was ignored. Furthermore, the waiter did not acknowledge any of us whenever we spoke to him. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service we have ever encountered at a restaurant. The margaritas we ordered lacked any trace of tequila, and when our friend ordered shots for the table, he was charged $12 each instead of the usual $7. Although the manager or owner promptly refunded the overcharge, that does not excuse the poor service we received. To make matters worse, we were rushed through our dinner while other customers were turned away at 7:00. While completing our meal, we were surrounded by the plungent oder of a filthy mop as the staff diligently cleaned the floors. This unpleasant experience has left me with the firm decision to never patronize this restaurant again, as I value the money we have worked hard to earn."

"Excellent food. Everything we ordered was amazing. Service was Excellent! Our waiter was very attentive and pretty much brought out everything before I even asked. I'm shocked at how cheaply priced everything is. You definitely get your money's worth! I recommend the beef chimichamgas. The chicken quesadilla was different than I expected but was surprised when I took a bite. FULL of flavor. This place is a must try. We will definitely be back."

"The only waiter with the gold lined teeth has terrible customer service. I asked him a simple question about their lemonade and he was rude. He had the audacity to ignore my question to ask my child what she wanted to drink twice. Then when my man asked him if he could answer the question, he tried to ignore him. We left before we lost our cool with this ignorant man. He is not worth anyone stooping to his level. He should not be working if he does not know how to answer easy questions from customers. Management need to get rid of him. The other waiter that is normally there has much better customer service."

"I’ve eaten here multiple times and the food and service are great! It’s not as expensive as some other local Hispanic restaurants and the food is just as good. Definitely would be back in the future. Plenty of parking around the whole store but there has been times where it gets packed but overall a great place to eat."

"My wife and I chose this location for our date night meal. Its location is near the theater so that is a bonus. I ordered the Burrito Loco and my wife ordered the Fajitas Texas Style. Food came out very quickly and was perfectly prepared. Taste was excellent and portion size was right. We enjoyed our meal and the service was great. I would highly recommend this location!"
