"Total fail - I went here last night in the drive thru to pick up a 12 piece meal. I got 11 pieces of chicken. The wings had feathers. I asked for mixed (original and crunchy). I got all original. Some of it was dry and over cooked. Some of the biscuits were half the size of a normal biscuit. I got no receipt to take it back or call about it or do a survey if they have those on the receipts and I didn't realize any of these things were issues until I got to my destination 20 minutes away. Based on this experience I do not recommend this KFC."

"I came to this store twice. I ordered 3 wings and was given 3 thighs. So, I go back. Only this time, I received 3 wings but they were either burnt or had been sitting there all day. When I tried calling, no answer. I live an hr away. I will be reporting to the corporate office."

"First to start got a 16 piece and eight of them were wings! But I would call them wings they are so little and so dry!!!! Would never return, would never recommend! I am forgot my eight biscuits! And why does that only that location have a sign-up no refunds must check your food before you leave!"
