"The bottom of the pizza was so wet, it tasted as I would imagine that a wet piece of cardboard would taste. Employees were sitting down on phones when I entered. However, I usually do not have any problems at this location, must have been bad luck of the draw!"
"Disappointed. I ordered a Super Supreme. Didn’t look at it till I got home because I picked it up in the drive thru. My pizza doesn’t look like a Super Supreme, the only vegetable on this pizza is black olives. I got a boatload of those!"
"Very sparse on the toppings. I ordered a large pan meatlover and it's like every piece of topping came out of whoever made it's pay. Some slices had like 3 pieces of sausage and bacon only. they charge almost $25 for this and being a chain place I know what to expect and this wasn't it"
"Initially they called and cancel my delivery service (no problem)… was asked to pickup my food instead. Once I arrived I had to wait over 30 minutes to be assisted because someone turned off the system early(by the way I was only one of two customers in the store) once I got the large pizzas that were cut into multiple smaller boxes my order was completely wrong! I got home and had 8-9 boxes of pizzas that were all wrong. One half pepperoni and the other half that should have been the same was something completely different. My dessert was wrong and it was already an extremely long day because I just bought a house and was moving"
"We ordered pizza online and it NEVER came. We ended up making 3 calls to them to check on it. First two calls were made 20 minutes after expected delivery time and 1 hours after expected delivery time and we were told to just to keep waiting each time. Then after 2 hours I called and demanded a refund. They did refund us for the pizza however the driver that stole our pizza got to keep his tip - that was not refunded. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS PLACE."
