"One of my brides ordered Chicken Salad Chick for her wedding. The soup bags all came cold so we had to scramble to get the soup to temperature for serving. We had to push dinner back for the soups to come to an appropriate temperature. The teas came unlabeled so we had to test them before serving. We were also given no serving tongs for the 8 platters or serving spoons for the 10 bags of soup or 14 servings of sides. Either specifically ask for these thi gs or be ready to scramble."

"Great restaurant, but don't go in there anywhere near within the last 2 hours of the night. You will get subpar food and lackluster service. They will leave items out of your meal, throw it together sloppily and not really seem to care. Has happened to me several times. Other than that, though, as with any CSC, the food is great."

"Very good place to try. Good food and service. You should give it a try. I'll be glad to go back. I had a bowl of load potato soup with a scoop of Fruity Fran. Comes with crackers and a delicious cookie. My husband had a Nutty Nancy on toasted wheat bread with a side of chips. They want you come in and give them a try and you want regret it."
