"Ordered one dozen original. Then Ordered one dozen assorted creme filled doughnuts. The one time I didn't check them this girl working drive thur gave me one dozen original and one dozen doughnuts with white stripes on them all a like not assorted they might have had a little cream but nothing like the assorted crime filled with icing all over top and cream oozing out we were so disappointed and the price these thins are now they should 100percent get your order right. They were not that busy."

"Needed some donuts for a family gathering the day after Christmas. I knew we could count on them being open. It was an easy and quick drive through experience. 4 stars because of the available selection missing a few Staples but adding 1 star back because the donut holes were fresh and melted in my mouth."

"This place is a joke! They never have the donuts that are on their menu and there’s always some excuse on why they don’t have them. May they have fresh donuts in five minutes so I paid and they asked me to wait, 20 minutes later, the girl is inside talking with her boyfriend and could care less about me sitting in the parking lot. I finally get someone to respond because the doors were locked and they tell me they’re not gonna be making any fresh donuts! Filed a complaint with the KK."

"We purchased 2 dozen doughnuts from this location. When we got home in adairsville, I was feeeding my 10 month old some and there was mold inside the “fresh” doughnuts."

"Donuts looked as though they had been in the display case all day. The original glazed we were given were the size of the mini donuts not what we ordered and 7 out of the 10 employees had no hat or hairnet on. When mentioned to I assume the shift leader on duty she said I'll let them know. And as you can guess they continued to do as they wanted with no regard to health department guidelines. Sat in the car for another 20 minutes just to give them the benefit of the doubt but they just gathered around to chat and once they realized I was still in the parking lot made it very obvious as they all turned to stare and gawk which I didnt mind bc I had been recording to send to corporate as I had already taken pics of the display case and the donuts we received to send to corporate. I know how this kk should run bc I ran it properly and by policy over 5 years ago and was an original crew member when it opened for 3 years. So to see how badly it has gone downhill is heart breaking bc kk is such an iconic brand and it is being tarnished in rome."
