"I went a couple of weeks ago to continue my tradition of occasional Chinese food on a Saturday night. The owner actually smiled at me and said "hello" when she was done laughing and telling a funny story with her employee. The atmosphere was immediately friendly and warm. The other customers were friendly and engaging even. I got General Tso's, which admittedly had a strange extra sweetness to it (like a powdered sugar taste) I could not figure out. But, it did have the actual spicy kick to it that it's supposed to have that most other places have taken out. The rice was not the best; slightly mushy and not fluffy. But the food was still perfectly good. The friendliness makes up for a multitude of minor food issues that may have been a one-off; we'll see. oh...and I also liked the fact that there was traditional Chinese music playing. I look forward to going back."

"Today I learned Chinese food can have some heat. Ordered the Szechuan chicken extra hot and was pleasantly surprised. I got the burn and flavor I was looking for. I've had this in the past at some other restaurant and nowhere near as good as they do it here. Going to try the beef next time!"
