"We took our car through the automatic washing bay. The right side washer brush didn’t even work. We pulled out to vacuum the car and the right side and half the back was still dirty as well as the front. The car actually looked worse than before it was washed. We talked to one of the workers about it. He said oh they were supposed to fix that. I guess they haven’t yet. We asked about how to contact management. He just shrugged and said he didn’t know."
