"Went to Wendy’s on December 31, 2023 at approximately 7:14am. The entrance doors were locked and the entrance to the store (gate) from the Pilot was closed with a trash can underneath it. This store supposed to be opened at 6:30am, but it seems like the staff here deliberately waited for a whole extra 1 1/2hr to open so they won’t have to deal with customers. I understand being short staff but don’t deliberately keep the doors and gate close to not serve customers. There was three employees that I noticed a black guy no uniform on wearing black sweat pants with a cigarette behind is left ear. Two black females behind the counter talking. Wendy’s in Temple Ga please do better"

"This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. It was only 8pm and they were already starting to close. They closed out the front registers and you could only order at the Kiosk. You couldn't order if you were paying cash, which left a few customers extremely upset and leaving in rage. They were extremely slow. I waited over a half an hour for my order to be completed. And they didn't even have a fry scooper. They were picking up the fries with their hands. In the picture below you will see the guy that collects the garbage was picking the fries by hand and putting them in a fry container. And he also was extremely rude to one of the customers that stormed out of there. I would never recommend this location. Stay away!!!!!!"
